↑c:Portal venogram obtained during contrast medium injection into the extrahepatic PV after percutaneous puncture shows severe PV stenosis(white arrow)with development of cavernous transformation via the jejunal branch(arrowheads). Blood flow of the intrahepatic PV decreased(black arrows). Pressure gradient was 18.5cmH2O(13.6mmHg).

↑f:Portal venogram obtained immediately after stent placement shows no residual stenosis or hepatofugal blood flow. There was no residual gradient across the dilated lesion.

↑h:Contrast enhanced CT image at 32 months after placement shows excellent patency of the stent in the extrahepatic PV(white arrow)and larger diameter of the intrahepatic PV branches than those on CT image before stent placement(black arrows).
